Comming soon - VibroSIL 2 Compact is single channel online monitor built in sensor housing with SIL approval. It contains two accelerometers (piezo and capacitive principles) and two processors providing superb operational safety. Three color shining cap informs service staff about actual state of monitored machine. RS485 with ModBus protocol ensures remote monitoring and setup.

 

VibroSIL 2 Compact is completely doubled instrument with many self protective functions, mainly:

  • two independent analog signal ways (from measuring element to processor analog/digital covnerter inputs)
  • comparison of two sensor outputs, in case of difference alarm occurs
  • internal self test of analog input circuits by ajdusting signal
  • internal memory tests
  • second checking processor (checks main signal processor functionality)

Thanks those features VibroSIL 2 Compact is very suitable for safety machine securing where it is impossible to install too expensive systems.
